    Default I need a SERIOUS leg workout

    I'm the first to admit that I dont train my legs as hard as I should. i work out 5 days, doing chest, back, legs, arm and shoulders. I can see it now in my physique that my legs are lagging a bit.

    So...

    I need a hardcore, intense leg workout to get some serious size size.

    Got any suggestions? What works for you?

    Squats: 10, 8, 6, failure (I mean literally)
    Lunges/45 deg leg press superset. 8 lunges on each leg, 8-10 reps on the leg press
    Calf raises, 5 sets, 12 down to 6

    This pretty much destroys my legs for about 3-4 days
