Default On Serious Mass Vs ON Whey Protein

    Hey Guys,

Great website and even great articles...

Okay, i have been using ON Serious Mass for the last 3 months, i weighed 54 Kgs and now i weigh 64 Kgs (this product helped a lot)....for some reason i still feel my frame is thin as ever, it looks thin after gaining weight anyways..

I want to stop using ON Serious Mass and start with ON Whey Protein 3 times a day with my workouts...would this help me build muscle, i cant afford to use both the supplements because its gets very expensive here in India.

I might start using both the supplements as soon as i can afford them, we dont get stack offers here in India

Please advice cause i got 4 months to bulk up before i get engaged

    Thanks
    Ravi

To put on weight you need to eat more calories then your body uses in the day. So if your still finding it hard to gain weight id stick on the serious mass.

Thanks Possum, i finally went and got myself 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein from ON, i plan to take it before and after my workout.

I have also ordered for 12LB On Serious Mass that would be coming in after a weeks time.

I plan to take ON Seious Mass 2 times during the day and ON 100% Whey after my workout...would this be okay...

Stay on the serious mass for weight and size gain...a combo of both would help you put on some weight and lean mass...Train hard and you should see a noticeable difference.

Diet is also one of the most important keys in Bodybuilding, 6 meals a day, for each...1 portion of carbs and protein and with 2 meals, a portion of salad or fruit.

You should find a list of good things to eat on this website at the diet section....check it out

You can make your own mass gainers by throwing oats, banana, pb, etc in your whey protein shake and it will be whey less expensive (let the puns continue!). Also, the carbs from mass gainers are about the worst carbs you can get.

Don't rely only on supplements for weight gain, You can increase your weight by eating a caloric surplus. Take peanut butter with whole wheat bread two times a day it will definately help.
