the pricing on this site is great but unfortunately but the time you ship ito ut of the states and pay all the fees coming across the border its cheaper to buy locally. wish it wasnt so...

I've been buying it locally but it's very expensive compared to what you have here, couldn't find the exact brand, and the stuff i'm finding on there atm is all either high protein low carb or huge carb and very exy.

I'm currently taking it with about 600ml's milk as well so something with a pretty strong chocolate flavour is good, hoping to get about 600 cals with the milk

Have you considered the USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic? I find this is an awesome alrounder packed full with fast and slow release protein, creatine, BCAA's, carbs.

I use Sports Physio UK - it is run by a sports physio so you dont get any bull, just great advice and massive discounts on the products. Before that I was using hyperstrength for gains but still find this much more effective

Can anyone recommend a good lean muscle building stack? Or correct the one I am currently stacking:

Using because I still have some left
    - Syntha-6 (almost done with the tub. I will not be adding more of this to the stack)
    - ON Casein (when I remember to use it....I do not plan on replacing this when I run out)

    My actual stack
    - ON standard whey
    - multi-vitamin
    - Omega 3-6-9
    - BCAAs >
    - ZMA by Muscle Pharm
    - Muscle Pharm's creatine blend.

(please recommend supps to add and or remove, if you you make a suggestion please explain why?)

I am currently weighing anywhere from 155lbs-157.7lbs (college diet, I am assuming its due to the inconsistencies). I would really like to keep the muscle I have and or add some but I'd love to shred my body up over the next couple of months.

I would drop the omega 3-6-9 and just go with a quality fish oil for omega 3's. You should get enough of the 6 and 9 if your diet is in check. I would drop the creatine blend and go with a quality creatine monohydrate. zma would be optional but I wouldn't take it.

    So.
    BCAA's
    Whey
    Multi
    Fish Oil
    Creatine Monohydrate
    Living Large

Thank you, I figured that would be the case but seeing that I have it as of now I'll finish whats left.

Crazy how people will just buy something because they were told to. Do some research! You will be blow away how many products are not all they are cracked up to be. Look for companies that try to build a good supplement that is built with the customer in mind. Don't forget to have a solid diet along with the supps.

Absolutely agree! Never take anything, especially a supplement (unregulated industry) without research research research. The company, the product, ingredients, side affects, interactions, etc.

I'm not big on taking supplements, but I do take Omega-3 and a Probiotic that I get from Vita-Web.com. Mention this because the original post was about bargain prices which these are. Also high quality.
