i've been training for over a year and a half,, i'm 17.. i would like to increase more my muscle size eventhough its not much what I want to increase, then cut.. in other words,, kind of a beach body type the one i would like to have from here to march. if you could help me i wuld really appreciate it.

This type of drink is used to increase total calorie intake. Normally used by people who are struggling to get the required amount of calories from their normal meals. People normally use drinks in between their normal meals (breakfast-lunch-evening meal).

This product has (I believe) over 900 calories per drink. Contains a blend of proteins for time release, nitric oxide, carbohydrates, digestive enzymes, glutamine, creatine, vitamins, and fatty acids

I didn't research this product, a friend just told me about it. I'd like to know more about it before I take it again in 90 days. I'm just curious about health risks, etc.

equitren is a pro-hormone and something that we don't really discuss here as it's a grey market supplement.

Truthfully, I've never heard of it until you posted this. But a quick GOOGLE search turned up plenty to read on!

Can you recommend something with fast and slow release protein + a decent amount of cals? like 200-250 per serving?

I've been buying it locally but it's very expensive compared to what you have here, couldn't find the exact brand, and the stuff i'm finding on there atm is all either high protein low carb or huge carb and very exy.

I'm currently taking it with about 600ml's milk as well so something with a pretty strong chocolate flavour is good, hoping to get about 600 cals with the milk

Just noticed the ON serious mass ridiculously cheap at $39 it was selling in a nutrition&supplement shop close to me in the uk for $91 i think it works out at. Just tried to buy some online then noticed the shipping costs were sky high;

Unfortunately not, shipping heavy items across the atlantic is always going to be high. You can get god value from buying over here if you buy in bulk and light, then the shipping is pretty reasonable

If you are doing it from the M&S shop, just pretend you are buying something, ie; put it in your cart. Then proceed to checkout and you can calculate shipping.

FYI, shipping is often more expensive than the item itself, however prices are so cheap it evens itself out.
