    update:

    Just learned that i'm an ENDOMORPH.

    Will do Doug's Mega Cutting Routine starting Monday...now how could I incorporate this one with the Training for the Endomorph?

    Continued the Tuesday Program of the latter. Solved the problems if some equips that are not available. Today is rest day. I'm excited for tomorrow.

    Day 4 of Doug's Mega Cutting Routine. I had difficulty lifting weights targeting the same muscle in repetition.

    It's holiday here in our city till tomorrow. no work. but that's not an excuse to got to our office gym. today is my second week. a few days from now i will gonna try Overdrive from Pharmanex. It will aid my muscle to recover faster.
