    Default Teen need help!

    im 15.

    if i did 100 push ups and 50 chin ups and 100 sit ups a day wen wud i get muscley and get a 6 pack. and get big

    wud it take a week (note il be doing dumbells trainin to)

    Order..
    25 Push Ups A Time
    10 Chin Ups A Time

    Hey Killarishy, Welcome to M&S

    Exercise is only 1 part of the "6 Pack" equation, and unfortunately it will take longer than a week.

    At first push ups and chin ups may help put on "Some" muscle, but your body will quickly get used to your body weight as resistance and you'll eventually have to use weights to overload your muscles so they'll grow.

    So yes, go ahead and do the push ups, chin ups and sit ups. (Better than no exercise at all). But do them every OTHER day (To let your body recouperate) and don't expect major results until you get the diet down and access to weight equipment.

    Take a look at the Beginner Sticky and read through all the articles.

    1. if i trained a day like biceps and chest how much reps shall i do?
    2. and ive saw the videos of the training but i dont no how much kg to put on, shall i put on low mediem or high, whats better to gain muscle fast.
    3.how long should i train for a day.
    4.how long would it take for a 6 pack?
    5. my mate said do biceps - chest 1 day , then next day , back and trap , and next day legs , but he also said to me to do abs every day, so shall i do abs every day? and the other muscles every 2 days.
    6.i started doing weights ( Barbell Curl ) 20 Kg 2 days ago, i could only do 4 reps. but the next day i could do 10 reps, is my body gettin use to the weight business, so to day may be i will do 15 reps?
    7. when would i get muscle ( cut up ) if i kept training alot.
    8. how do i get big?
    9. i weigh 9 stone ( like 55 kg ) im 15 , im not fat im like normal may be just under normal, i got a 6 pack when i tence my abs but i want it to come out so u can see it every time.

    and btw my body can lift me up and i need to do weights. its already use 2 mi body strength, i need weights. i got dumbells and at mi mates house he has a bench and barbell curls.

    but i dont no how much kg i shud put on.

    ## If you want to "Get Big" you should keep the rep ranges between 8 and 12 reps.

    2. and ive saw the videos of the training but i dont no how much kg to put on, shall i put on low mediem or high, whats better to gain muscle fast.
    ## Medium to high weight is best, but you need to use a weight that you can get the prescribe reps in good form.

    3.how long should i train for a day.
    ## No more than 60 minutes

    4.how long would it take for a 6 pack?
    ## I'd need to know your current body fat %, how your diet looks, and what routine you are following to answer this question. Too many variables to give an estimated guess.

    ## Your mate(AND YOU) needs to come onto this site and read the articles in the link I posted in my first response to you. Training abs every day will not make them more defined, especially if you're diet is crap.

    ## Never do the same exercise two days in a row.

    ## Training "A LOT" doesn't make more muscle. Training properly and smartly with the proper diet does. Again, read the articles in the Beginners Sticky.

    ## You train smart, eat big, and rest. (Read the articles in the Beginners Sticky)

    ## You need to add muscle mass to your abs then.
