    Cool 6'1 210lbs

    hey guys whas up im 25 will be 26 on dec 9th i use to be very out ofshape i use to weight like 290 but went to 187 now back at 210 i was jus wondering whats a good way to get rid of belly fat i dont have loose skin or nothin jus trying to get rid of it so i can start working on my abs any ideas ?
