M&S Store: Customer Feedback Thread

I love ordering through M&S! I would like to see some reward for people after they buy so much. Perhaps for every $150 you give a free tshirt. Does not have to be on one order, rather just after $150 over different orders or same order. I like the tshirts

Perhaps another shipping option too would be nice, a free shipping option that is maybe a little slower.

I will always turn to M&S for my supplement needs.

Time to spread a little love to the M&S Store Support Team! I have never received anything but excellent service when buying supplements from M&S. They never fail to deliver my order within 2 days, which is extremely convenient! On the rare chance that you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, they will do everything they can to make it right. In this day and age, service seems to be a lost concept on many businesses, but M&S gets it!

Being a noob to the healthy lifestyle I found the Muscle & Strength store very helpful.
I've only made 1 purchase so far(Beginner Stack), but will be making another soon.

Well, I have never ordered any products from M&S... Speaking from experience, express shipping from the US, which should take max 14 days takes more than 5 weeks. I would not want to wait so long for any supplements that I might need the following week. But since everyone is raving about the speed at which M&S ships orders, I could very well be giving it a shot.

You guys are excellent. The prices are the best out there and the shipping is better and faster than any online source I've used. Excellent customer service. My 1st order, I made a mistake filling in some info. I called in and you guys resolved it immediately. I've made 2 orders since then and have recommended it to every friend who hits the gym. Can't say enough good things!

I just called the M&S store to resolve an issue that I had, and they did more than take great care of me.. very nice, professional and great customer service. Glad I buy all my supplements here and I will definitely continue to do so. LOVE this site.

I placed another order from Muscle and Strength Thursday evening about 9:30. Friday I received an e mail saying my order was shipped, Saturday morning my box had arrived. This order was just like my other orders from M&S, prompt and accurate. I've never had a problem with my orders and I appreciate the communication because I know what to expect. Thanks M&S.

I'll be the first to state how fulfilled I am with the request I put with M&S. I got my bundle 3 business days after my request and it arrived pleasantly bundled and with 2 free examples of various supps. of my decision. Likewise a Natural Muscle Magazine included. I plan on utilizing this site as my principle wellspring of enhancements.
