    Default Mango & Banana Hi Carb Hi Protein Smoothie

    Well, I wanted to jazz up my gainer protein shakes, so i searched around for
    some good ways to make it into a smoothie, using fruit and the like.

    After trying a few different ones, which werent that great.. I gave those a flick
    and attempted a recipe of my own liking.

    Here it is:

    Mango & Banana Hi Carb Hi Protein Smoothie:

    1/2 - 1cup raw oats ( the more oats the thicker and more carbs ) (( i suggest blending the oats first by themselves, so they are less dominating in the smoothie ))
    2 Scoops of Protein (Vanilla/Banana are the best flavours for this)
    1 Whole Banana
    1 Mango
    Yoghurt (enough to balance out the oats)
    Milk (to your way of liking)

    THEN BLEND!

    tell me what you all think.

    Enjoy ---->>

    Sounds tasty. Do you have nutritional facts? Like a P/C/F ratio with calorie infomation?

    Maybe add some ice to crush and use unsweetened almond milk, or almond-coconut milk?

    Hello! Thank you for the receipt. I don't like very sweet smoothies, but this came out just fine. The recipe doesn't always turn out as well. I used almond milk and it was not that sweet but it was delicious.
