    Default Post Lifting Pain Relief

Just made a recent purchase, the Prickly Pad, which is basically an acupuncture pad. Had been feeling some tension in my back neck and shoulders after lifting but this is a great product for post cool down. I have been laying on it for 20 minutes each day after a work out. Significant muscle health improvment. I recommend this product to anyone serious about lifting who experiences slight to severe muscle discomfort post lifting.

glad you found some relief for your pain, are you sure your form is correct when you lift, usually when there is "pain" that you would need relief from your doing something wrong. i hope this isn't the case, don't like to see or hear about anyone hurting themselves

If it's just muscle soreness from the workout(if performed with proper form) embrace it! lol
