Nice one! I used a similar routine once in a while on speed day, but we used medicine balls instead of aerobic steps. A workout such as this can be brutal! -EK
Don’t chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet that’s going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.
It is indeed brutal but the key is stopping as soon as you begin to slow, everyone has trouble with that so I recommend having a trainer/spotter watch you and tell you when.

Another awesome post.
I have a sneaky suspicion the Expat has a torture chamber in the basement of his gym. This is how he develops his training routines.

The best kind
my gym has recently moved to a newr one all colourful walls etc even the trainers are missing the creaky floor and dirty walls of teh old gym it just felt like it was ment to have sweat and blood spilled in it in the new gym people feel scared to lean on the walls incase we dirty it ! BUT it is a much bigger space and we now have a bigger ring (thank GOD old right was too small you ended up going toe to toe all the bloody time after one step forwar from both people you wer ontop of each other ! well it was THAT bad) But nice full size ring people are remembering how to move there feet haha
Also nice routine ive tried most of those exercises and there not for the faint hearted after awhile and yes i agree key is knowing when to stop but in my Boxing gym Ego is of high and everyone just wants to get that 1 more pushup than the person next to him or the people you spar with good healthy comeption especially for the circuits and jogs

Got alot of work to do, Need some Ginkgo Biloba for muscle memory LOL
Well I just did some dips with some weight on a dip belt and my chest just exploded. I feel it better here than with the bench press, which just makes my shoulder feel weird.
before bench press era, chest dips was the way to get a big chest!
it's a great chest exercise often underrated![]()
