    Default Critique Away!!!

    This is my first pic, so would appreciate any feedback on what you think, areas that you think need working on etc.

    Im thinking that next i should be thinking of cutting and losing fat, especially around the gut area! But will wait on the feedback, so critique away!!!

    I don't see no reason to cut AT ALL. You are pretty skinny and need to eat and lift. Get a good diet and routine down and you will see some major progress

    I'd have to agree with TBT. You've got a lean enough frame it's time to add some more muscle mass. (I don't see a "GUT" anywhere on you, are you sucking it in?) LOL

    Thanks for the comments so far!

    i have been training off and on for about a year (went travelling for 4 months, so that put halted things). But have been putting alot of effort in since the beginning of the year, going to the gym 4 times a week. i haven't been taking any supplements during the this time, so that is probably why the bulk hasn't really been put on! (i have placed a thread in the beginners advice section regarding supplements).

    in regards to my Gut! as i called it, the muscles underneath are really strong after doing two ab sessions a week since the start of the year, but i haven't got the six pack that im hoping for!

    Yeah, I'd say bulk. And you have no "gut." lol So just keep on addin those pounds and you should be looking great

    When bulking your Abs will get even stronger but you won't be able to see them until you start cutting. People generally start seeing their Abs appear when their at about 12% BF.

    yeah do not cut i would say do a bulk and add like 20 pounds before a cut then you should be pretty jacked

    i am doing dougs 4 day split workout, have been doing it for the last 3 weeks now. It seems to be going well.
    i haven't started retaking the supplements yet, because still trying to find which one to go for. in the past i have used maximuscle, but they are really expensive!
    i haven't sorted out the diet yet, i know i really need to if im to really bulk up, but its getting started to working it all out!
