    Default Bodyweight exercises!!

    I have got a week off...what would be a good combination of body weight exercises 2 do at this time...

    if its only a week and you havent taken a week off recently you could just take a break from lifting for this week and rest

    So would bodyweight exercises twice this week be too much..
