    Default Breakfast ok?

    Im doing a 30-50-20, per meal for me this is:

    31.5g / 52.5g / 9.3g

    I have made up 3 meals for breaky do these look ok?


    75g oats with 100ml milk
    3 boiled eggs (remove 1 yolk)
    P/C/F---33.5 / 53 / 14---

    Egg 1 whole + 2 Whites + 100ml milk (scrambled)
    3 toast
    24g whey with water
    P/C/F---46.5 / 53 /13---

    50g Oats with 100ml milk + 1 chopped banna
    24g whey with water
    P/C/F---27.5 / 68 / 9---

    First attempt at making up some meals lol so hopfully ive done ok.

    Cool you just made me feel so much better thanks guys

    I was just thinking with the:

    50g Oats with 100ml milk + 1 chopped banna
    24g whey with water
    P/C/F---27.5 / 68 / 9---

    i could just mix the whey with the milk oats couldnt i? lol

    Its actually preferrable to drink the whey as soon as you wake up and have your breakfast 30 minutes later.

    the whey is to repair any muscle that was broken down during sleep, same way you drink it pwo. if you combine it with your breakfast or take it after your breakfast, it wont digest as quickly
