    It's so you can track your progress if you are following Doug's 4 Day Split.

    You can also print it out to make it a workout card and take it with you to the gym.

    Default D4DS PDF Log

    I've been using a PDF version of D4DS that I made some months back to print out, and keep on track during my sessions. Not as useful for database tracking, but compact for in-gym use. *shrug* Maybe it's helpful: D4DS Log.
