Question Very interesting topic on muscle lose and fat lose

    Here is the thing...
    I lost around 3kgs in 2weeks thats approximate 6.6pounds,
    3.3 pounds per week

I lift better weights than 2weeks before
ok now my question is, my muscle cells have grown up(in number of cells) to lift that extra weight or my muscle cells have increased the storage ?

it has to be either of the two,
and also if its the case of muscle grown up(number of cells) how come I have grown muscle under cut and intense cardio training ?

more than likely your CNS has adapted to the weight. could be the Pre workout meal you had too.

    No, there is another reason.

    You're fairly new to training...

The initial strength gain is due to neural (nerve-related) adaption. When you start training, the brain assigns more and more motor units to the particular muscle, thus improving the efficiency of the existing muscle. This makes you a lot stronger, but your muscle won't grow yet, as the increased efficiency (due to increased motor-unit nerves) is enough to lift the weights.

After about a month to six weeks, the muscle will be working at maximum efficiency, and will no longer be able to lift heavier loads without growing. Only then would you start to see muscle growth (if you were bulking).
From then, your strength gains will slow down, and your muscles will start bulking (if you were bulking).

If you're cutting they won't grow after the initial neural adaption stage.

I asked many trainers/docs .... but most of them agree with this one
"When you dont exercise you muscle cells will store only needed energy for day to day life,
and then when we start working our muscle cells day by day increase the power storage so that they adopt with weight we lift. At the end, if they cant store more new muscle cell will be formed to store that extra energy needed.
