    Default Frankoman's 3 Phase Pics

Alright, I know it has only been about 4 weeks since I've started to work out, but I feel I've already gotten great gains. Tell me what you think!

    Before I started -

    Half way through -

Both pics are my left arm. I already feel like I have gotten much larger and stronger ^.^ Thing is I'm cutting for definition which I can already see after just about 4 weeks!

4 more to go! Critique I have taken a bunch of ab, chest and leg pictures but I've got to resize them.

Good choice. I was going to say you should bulk up some. Good definition to start with though, just get ready to EAT EAT EAT

    Your bicep seems rather high??

Try adding preacher curls into your routine

    Probably just the angle...

Also, next time you do a pic, do it from the same angle and how close up the last one is. Other than your bicep looking bigger, your shoulder does also! How are the legs coming?

One of my workout buddies said the same thing, haha. I usually do Standing ez bar curls, but I'll start doing Preacher.

I'm starting to get definition on my abs but it's hard to get a good pic I can definitely tell they will look nice when I get em Better thank my dad for that.

I'll make sure to try to take pics in the same proximity. Now then! Onto the other pictures.

My right leg, which I find to be bigger then my left

    Left leg. Grow dammit grow!

It's really hard to get a self back shot!
