    Default Random Thoughts

    Ok so I'm a person with alot of random thoughts that pop up. And I've seen others with the same habit. So intead of creating a new thread every time we can keep them in this one. If this dies out... then ah well... I'm the only one with random thought then

    My random thought: I'm kinda mad that one of my BFF's bachelorette parties is gonna cost me close to 100$ sheesh.

    haha well i can honestly say the bride to be is probably one of the prettiest girls i've known. I'm not sure about the rest of the girls cuz they're all her college friends. I'm one of the few friends from HS that made the wedding cut

    i hate when im at the gym with a friend and i have my ipod in trying to get all pumped up and they keep talking to me making me take them out of my ears..that really grinds my gears

    Well Here is a random thought. If I were to work for someone, starting on a penny a day, but having my number multiplied by two, by the end of the month I would have a million dollars..

    haha wondeful random thought. And my math minded self thoroughly enjoyed it!

    and yeah... i'm a chatterbox, and schools out for the summer so all i have to do each day is help coach cross country/volleyball... leaves lots of time for posting

    here's my random thought for the moment.....

    I just now got my diet n excercise plan from scivation that I signed up for about 2 months ago...and I'm supposed to be eating absolutely NO CARBS and only 1800 calories a day. Just wondering why this is completely opposite of everything I have learned on this site...hmmm, I'll go ponder for a while, lol

    everyday the amount of weights that we lift at the gym....man we could have easily built a pyramid with that...

    dont know how damien or doug will react to that. :-?...well we are looking at the brighter side....dont whack me for that..

    i got a diet plan and exercise programme back and not too be harsh but i dont really like it for 4 weeks im doing supersets with EVERYTHING whilst working chest 2x a week on it

    Also my random thought is ive finished college now and im thinking i didnt do too well in my exams and now thinking what course of action i should take if i dont do as well as i need hmmm

    I know they go against some of the stuff we say but I was interested in what I would get for me

    GaPeach and Bahrette - be careful about posting too many "random thoughts" here, we don't need another snowycards on the forum.....

    Bahrette - the no carb diet is meant to put your body into ketosis, a state in which the body uses fat for fuel. Does the diet have you eat no carbs for 5-6 days and then allow you to eat them for 1-2 days? That is what is known as a "CKD", or Cyclical Ketogenic Diet. A bit more info on ketogenic diets can be found here
    It is very difficult to completely eliminate carbs from the diet, so good luck!

Starting for dinner and dancin at Kahunaville ($20 min), then Thunder from Down Under i.e. lots of strippers... eek ($60), then to the club at another hotel... but i'm tryin to work connections to get us in free haha.     lol, I'm in no way even close to snowycards. Sure, most of my posts are in the general chat section...but I'm on here everyday reading n gathering all the information I can to better myself n routines.

    No, I'm not allowed to eat carbs at all on their diet. I'm allowed one cheat meal a week with minimum carbs. I've looked into the ckd in the past n couldn't follow it then, so this is going to be extremely difficult, especially since I eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday!!


    My random thought right now....why does Wisconsin weather suck?!?! (45 degrees in June is a little ridiculous!)
