When I'm on holiday I'm ON HOLIDAY and eat what I feel like, when I feel like it. How long are you away for? Will you be working out?

    I agree.

Holidays is a time to relax, chill out and have some time out from training.

If you are going away for 1-2 weeks that should be OK, but if its any longer i'd be looking to keep track of your diet.
    Consistency is the key

I'll be surrounded by awful and delicious food for a week in august (new orleans and a cruise) I've come to terms with the crazy amount of calories I'll consume, but I'm still a health nut so I'm not sure how its gonna go eating so bad for so long, I'm gonna miss my oatmeal.

It's only a week and I won't be training. I know that it's good to have a week rest after 6-8 weeks, although I have only done 4 weeks so far.

I've heard most cruises have food available 24/7, so that should make it easy to do 6/7 meals per day. Just be mindful of the portions size on your plate and you'll be just fine.
