Are you sure that your measurements are right, did you use a tape measure, check the wrist measurement.

With the measurements you have given me it comes out to about 3% bodyfat which is impossible. Your BMI is just over 24 which is at the top of the "normal" range....!!

You have a BMI of 20.2 which is normal for someone who doesnt train..

I would advise eating up and putting some lean body mass on, I have female fitness competitors who have more lean body mass than you.....get the plate out and start eating......

Heh...wow...yeah I put in the numbers and I realized...well I think in a couple more weeks I'm going start planning on building muscle. So I'm going to re-work my plan and I'll be taking in about 3200 calories a day! Well thanks for posting up the results though. Appreciate it!

my Old Body Fat 3 weeks ago.

    Naval - 37"
    Wrist - 6.75"
    Height - 72"
    Current weight is 171 lbs

    Bodyfat percentage = 24.8
    Total bodyfat = 42.4 lb.

    Naval - 36"
    Wrist - 6.5"
    height - 72"

    Current weight - 177 lbs

Don't know how i lost like quater of an inch on my wrist, but the tape measure says so And gained 6lbs in 3 weeks, and lost a size in my waist.. I think iv done these wrong but.. Mother done them for me both times LOL, so Don't know if their accurate really... She was probably abit loose with the measure the first time.

And this maybe a good idea for ya doug.. i read somewhere you saying ' i got the charts in the house', maybe just post up part of the charts here like the most common statuts, for example,

"If you have a waist of 36, a wrist of 6.5, a height of 72 and (w.e else), then your body fat is: "

And keep adding to it each time you are on the site or something, will save you alot of time maybe, just an idea though xP
