Default Pain in muscle of back forearm

When I do bicep curls I quickly develop a strong pain in the back of my forearm, the area closer to the ulna and between the radius & ulna. I understand it is from the muscles growing around the bone but is the main factor why I end my bicep curl sets early and lose a lot of work out for my biceps. I was wondering what I can do to avoid this as the muscle is quite small so wears out much faster, also sometimes this happens with the muscles in my palm...

Personally, I would lower the weight you are lifting significantly and then work your way back up gradually over a long period of time (weeks/months). This will also help with you being able to complete full sets.
That way your weaker supporting muscles/ligaments/tendons can build up strength to build a good foundation. Also check that your form is good - don't bend your wrists.
Otherwise you risk injury and that could set you way back.
    Just my 2 cents.

I used to get those pains years ago when I was just experimenting with weights. Now I no longer have the pains. I have no idea why that is lol. Hopefully DOUG or DANNY will chime in to give you an educated answer and not the "experts" on this site.

    Not nice Play fair

It could be a muscular problem, a form problem, or just too much weight (as already mentioned).

Or it can be from overworking your biceps because if I remember right you were only training your arms..

Im not going to take the time to look up what those bones you named are.. But if the pain is along the outer side of your wrist (the pain would normally increase when you let go of the bar) try squeezing the bar for a few seconds after you finish your set, or just use less weight (probably the better option).

Im not gonna disagree with you but I guess my reasons for my reply are

    1. if someone is ripped, buff, or whatever people wanna call it, they have to be doing something right to get that way correct?

    2. If someone is chubby but they are supposedly experts, than why are they chubby. Why have all that knowledge and expertise and not use it??

My logic has always been like that. Its just like when I go to the track and the experts run their mouth and brag about how much horsepower they have and how they do all the work themselves. then they run low 15s when they should be 11.5. I dont intend to be mean but its just aggravating at times

I know a lot of "chubby" people on this site that are full of knowledge, and obviously they came to this site because they are trying to change themselves. So basically your saying you should only give advice if your in shape and the chubby people should just listen??

    1. The people can have great genetics and bulk without getting fat off McDonalds

    2. People can actually do research and know what they are talking about but don't have to do it because maybe they have bad genetics or are just lazy and would like to tell others. (Example): I have seen many nutritionists overweight and they give others advice on how to lose weight and everything.

I didnt do it but, I guess you said something that someone didnt agree with and they disapproved of what you said. Dont worry about it though you'll get your rep back up.

You can give someone positive or negative rep. It means that you've gotten quite a bit of negative rep.

Also a "chubby" person could be a former bodybuilder who got hurt and therefore can't do what they used to do. There is a "chubby" trainer at my gym who used to be a power lifter. I listen to everything he has to say. Even people I knew about his past. You shouldnt' pass knowledge off of looks alone.

I make my conclusions based on logical reasoning. Would you take tips from a homeless person on investing money? As far as the reps go, whoever took them can keep them. Have fun with them lol. Im still gonna be a member of the site and gain knowledge. Everyone enjoy the rest of their day.
