    Default this routine or m+s hardcore routine?

    This is the bulking workout i have created im thinking of either using this or the hardcore routine on here, any advice would be welcome?

    chest/tricep/abs

    bench press
    incline dumbbell press
    flys
    dips
    skullcrushers
    single arm reverse pulldowns
    press up to failure
    cable crunch

    back/bicep

    wide grip pull up
    lat pulldown
    dumbbell bent over row
    cable row
    incline dumbell curl
    reverse ez bar curl
    hammer curls

    legs/shoulders

    deadlift
    squats
    romanian deadlift
    standing calf raise
    shoulder press
    seated lateral raise
    upright rows
    shrugs
    If your going through hell keep going... just get up and finish the damned race!!!

    At first glance, here are a couple of my thoughts:

    I would move Incline DB Bench Press before Barbell Bench Press. I would also do the same on leg day and move Squats before Deadlifts. I would also omit the Upright Rows and add DB Rear Delt Flys.

    I'd probably just opt to do either Shaun's or Damien's 3-Day Split if that is what you are looking at for a split.....

    Fat Free Mass: 186.102 pounds
