    Default Legs not sore day after workout

    Usually my body feels the slightest of soreness, but today my legs I can not feel a thing, where usually I can't walk proper. Is this due to my muscle being used to working, or did I not push hard enough? Weird thing was, I was literally spent after the workout and this morning I was prepared for some killing legs, but no? lol

    Sometimes I can push myself like never before and I'm fine the next day. Other tiems I feel like it was lazy but I hurt like heck the next day. It doesn't really mean anything if you are sore or not as long as you pushed yourself.

    After Leg day is my worst. Can't walk right for a day and a half, LOL.

    Friday is Leg Day so all of Saturday and half of Sunday its hard to walk up the stairs without looking like a drunk person

    No idea why your Legs aren't a little sore.
