    I'll ask a question. Would you throw any shoulder-specific exercises into Dave's U/L Split? I'm starting it this week (did Lower A yesterday and it was great... I had never really done SLDLs before), and it looks to me like it covers everything except shoulders.

    Default Dave's Upper/Lower Split Questions

    If you are going to add direct shoulder work, I would add Rear Delt Raises or something that targets the rear delts as the front and lateral delts get work with the other pressing movements.

    In case anyone else was wondering, after doing Upper A yesterday, I can say that it definitely worked my shoulders enough all around that I didn't have to throw in any other exercises.

    Also, I can barely walk today... Romanian Deadlifts are definitely my new favorites. Loving this routine so far (but mostly loving the change in pace), thanks again Dave.

    Does 10-12 reps for Step Back Lunges mean 10-12 for each leg?

    Damn.... there's no other exercise that makes me feel like a bigger fool at the gym than trying to do these, hahaha.
