    Default fasting

    basicly ive been fasting for its been around 17 days..leaving about 13days left.. and ive lost so much..lyk my arms have comee really small my chest is flat.. does this mean ive lost all that muscle ? or will it kcik in (muscle memory) when i start training again ?

    Are you fasting just to do it or religious reasons?

    yup its relgious..and id say its extream lol..well i eat around 3.30am not much though
    and it opens around 8pm minus 2mintues every day..so about 7.30 atm.. and i eat what ever then ?

    basically you haven't been feeding your body enough, so correct me if I'm wrong anyone, but I'm pretty sure you begin to burn muscle and fat. So yes, its very possible you lost alot of your muscle.

    Yeah, Ramadan is definitely a tough month for alot of people (Although I'm Catholic I have several Muslim friends who are going through the same troubles you are.) I know that last year they had the same thing happen and that most of it came back within a couple of weeks... of course they lost some due to them not being able to do their regular meals and all that. (...and I swear I'm not friends with some of my friends because their mom makes the best Baklava I've ever had... really lol)

    When you can eat and train on a normal schedule after Ramadan, you'll be fine.

    Your muscle memory will bring some back, but like everyone's said, most of it is pretty much gone because your muscle needed that fuel for its essential tasks. A couple of weeks of good dieting and intense workouts should get you back in shape to where you were no doubt. good luck man
