    Default GoodWorkOutPlan

    Hey my name is Doug. I'm 6'2 and weigh 156LBs. Let me start by saying im very very skinny. I have done modeling since i was younger but now im having a hard time finding some work because i need a good looking body. You know the hole 6 pack, nice pecs, and biceps thing. I'm not trying to be a body builder i just want to have a good looking body! I was wondering wat would be a good work out for me? And how long would it take before i start seeing real results and would be able to start trying to get some more jobs that require a good body!? Also do i need to work out my legs if they already look fine??

    THANKS

    220lbs, 13-14%bf,

    Hypertrophy is something that can be achieved with pretty much any intensity of load, as long as the work is progressive.

    Thumbs up Help needed

    Hey Doug, Im new to this site and it looks really great.Im need some guidance though my friend.Ive just started going to the gym and im not quite sure what kind of workout i should do.Ive worked out before,but its been a while since i have done it consistently.I would like to lose about fifty lbs,i know ive got to change my diet,but im not sure what kind of workout i should be doing.Im much heavier in my upper body than my lower body.I have skinny legs but a bulky upper body.Im 5'9" inches tall and weigh 258lbs.Should i do light weight with higher reps or heavier weight with lower reps,or both.Im confused,ive heard so many different things,full body workouts or split routines.I would appreciate it if you would give me some instructions and advice on what i should be doing! Thanks.

    DOMS=Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
    It's when you are more sore two days after working out then you were the day after. In my experience it only happens when you haven't worked out for a while.

    Look at our website for protein also. You def. want to try to get on at least a protein supp. to help you with the weight gain (if not more). Good luck!
