    Default Issues

Hey all, i am new to the forum and i aim to lose weight rapidly. The only issue is that i have been training all out including boxing for 2 weeks flat now and seen to drop in weight. Although their is a clear reduction in body fat and more definition.

I feel as though i need all of you guys to set me a diet regime.Taking into account i am trying to lose weight whilst boxing, training with reasonably heavy (weights) and having good half an hour cardio sessions per week.

One last thing - i have also introduced a cheat day as my body certainly is feeling the calorie deficit.

    Thanks

First thing you need to learn is the diff between losing 'weight' and burning fat. You will only be able to lose 1-2 lbs of fat a week if everything you do is just perfect. If you lose anymore than that it would be muscle (or other vital organs) making it unhealthy. Plenty of info here about Diet, Cardio and Weight Training to guide you along. Pull up a chair, and g'uck burning some fat
When it's all over said and done, you're gonna regret the things you 'didn't do', more than the things you did.
