You might be burnt out, try taking a week off and the getting back into it. What is your current diet?

It's all about diet mate you think you're eating enough calories, eat 500 more. Eat more carbs. Eat a big meal of protein and carbs before you go to bed. Here are some things you need to remember:

    - Have a shake and eat a big meal after every workout
    - Eat as soon as you wake up, a big serve of protein and carbs (your body needs it first thing)
    - Rotate you exercises every workout. ie 1 week dumbbell bench/1 week barbell
    - Stick to heavy compound exercises
    - get plenty of rest and sleep

If all that fails, like Matt said, you might be burnt out. Take a week off then hit the gym hardcore the following week.

Don't let this get you down, I've gone through several of these stages, you will continue to grow I'm tellin ya! Let me know how things go for ya.

    Welcome to the forums Justin

How many days you looking to workout?
    Have you worked out before?
Do you know the workout basics? Like how to do exercises etc.

Let me know those answers and I'll whip something up for you. If you don't know how to do the exercises don't worry, I am heading down the gym with a personal trainer today to take photos of 200 exercises to use for guides on this site. Should be up in about a week.

10lbs in 3 months as very good! Im guessing you'd never really worked out much before that? Usually when you first starting working out you get some good gains and slowly becomes harder from there!

What were u doing in your workouts? (just so I can get an idea of where you're at)

To get the most befefit from post workout protein you really need to take it as soon as possible. I know a lot of guys who bring their shake to the gym. But it only takes me 10mins to get home so I dont worry about it.

In addition, you should try and get some carbs in you after your workout. This will rasie your insulin levels quickly and help your body start repairing your muscle tissue.

So lemme know what you've been doin in the gym, and I'll give u a workout
