Alright, I have a friend that wanted me to post a thread on here because he is wanting to get into shape for football. I showed him some articles on diets and that stuff, and I've been helping him get his diet into shape and it's working very well so far. But he is looking for a work out routine that will help him gain some size and the strength he needs for football. He's wanting to gain around 20 lbs before the 2010 football season. I looked through the sport-specific football routines and I realized they their main goal was strength. Is there some other thing he could do to gain some muscle mass and the strength/explosiveness/power that he needs on the field?
