    Default leg pain

    recently went ice skating really good but now my upper leg near the hip hurts when i try lifting my knee up ..i fell down during ice skating but never on my hip sideways ..so anyone understand what this may be and how i can make it better ?

    I suspect it could be your groin, but your description is a bit vague. Try icing it for a while and not putting pressure on that area. Also, try gently doing glute, quad and groin stretches. If this aggravates it, you've probably found the injury.

    If the icing and time off don't allow it to heal, go see a doctor or physiotherapist, and they'll give you a much more in-depth analysis.

    Possibly soreness from skating. See if it dissipates in a few days.

    Also try stretching!
    A home gym consisting of Bowflex Power-Pro XTL and power blocks(5-90). Also been working out consistently at a community center-JCC since November of 2014. Nice to have the home gym to fall back on off days.

    did the stretches ..the part that was hurting was fine ..dont really think its very serious
    i think i just need to take it easy i guess

    yeah its alright now think i just need to rest my leg
