    Default Members Age

Hi all can you please put your correct age into your profile, as this will help with replies regarding training and nutrition......

Quite a lot of members have their age as the default <20

To change your profile age, click on "User CP" at the top left of the page, then in the new page, on the left hand side "edit profile", click on that, then scroll down the page and you will find "age"

Yeah date of birth and don't set it to private. That way, people can check out your exact age in your profile to better direct you in your training. (or tell you that you should take it easy if you're too young).

If you are under 20 then use the <20 but some people who are in their 20's - 30's etc are also using the <20

I'll get Damien to change the ages to <18 etc etc...

Thats weird lol. Why would someone lie about their age making out that they are younger. I would think it would have been the other way around lol.

I think its more that people just dont take the time to change it since that is the default, not that they want to seem or "lie" about being younger.

How about a category of <16. Sure would help flag these people so we do not offer too much stress to their growth plates.
A home gym consisting of Bowflex Power-Pro XTL and power blocks(5-90). Also been working out consistently at a community center-JCC since November of 2014. Nice to have the home gym to fall back on off days.

Whats the point of that anyway? Why can't it just ask for your DOB, go through the magic of computer wizardry to show the age or show N/A if you press hide? 10 years is a big bracket to put people in.
