    Default Question about dave's upper/ lower split

    Hi All, I have just start trying the Dave's upper/lower split workout routine, but I notice there are not days dedicated to shoulder.. is it still good??

    Hi mate,

    It should be fine the way it is.
    Remember the Shoulders are getting used in the Chest and Back exercises secondarily for the upper body aswell.

    The Anterior Deltoidsv ( Front Shoulder ) are getting worked secondarily through the Chest pressing, and the Rear Deltoids ( Rear Shoulder ) are getting worked secondarily in the Back exercises
    Consistency is the key
