Hi all,
I have been working on my shoulders doing lat/front raises. Last week I went to the physio for some neck pains(mostly due to working in an office) and the physio told me my raises also contributed to my neck pains. He also advised that my neck muscles were getting most of the loads and were really pumped up in comparison to my shoulders.

Does anyone have this problems ? are there any exercises that isolate the shoulders without touching the neck ?
