    try searching on google

Personally I like to take 4-6 egg whites, 0-1 whole eggs, whip em together with a tablespoon of cesear dressing... scramble em up & chunk some salsa ontop.

But that's just me... Asking how people here how they make their eggs will be like asking how people like their sandwiches, so many possibilities.

Agreed. It really depends on how you like eggs in general. I personally enjoy them hard boiled or over easy. My friend likes them soft boiled. Another likes them jellied. Another likes them poached. Another hates them. Eggs are great beacuse the things you can do are so endless. Any pointers to what you like would be a lot of help.

I know a lot of people put milk in their scrambled eggs, but I put about a tablespoon of cottage cheese and stir it in with them instead, it gets a few extra calories and has the same effect. I also put some shredded colby cheese in with them to give them a little bit of flavor. Throw a little cayenne pepper in there to keep things interesting lol.

    Protien pancakes:
    Servings: 2

    4 whole eggs
    1/4 cup of oats
1 teaspoon of cinamon pure cinamon
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
Add regular flower till the mixture is thick and consistent, which is around 3/4 - 1 cup. if its too thick, just add some water.

Get a pan on a low heat, add cooking spray, then put half the mixture in the pan, let it cook through and flip it. Add whatever you want to it.

Its got lots of protien, from the eggs and the flower (yes flower has lots of protien, have a look on the side of it lol). You can just add egg whites, but half the protein in eggs is contained in the yolk, so its up to you .

Egg's are great you can do some much with them I have them for breakfast scrambled with some cottage cheese some wholemeal toast and some baked beans really nice.

I microwave them a lot of the time because it saves time and I can do other things while they are cooking I alternate if I whisk them or I don't at the moment am preferring them un-whisked in a tupperware box cooked for a few minutes they come out perfect.

I boil water, turn to medium heat, throw in a cup of oatmeal, stir, drop an egg in, stir, it cooks, tastes fine.

Boil some pasta, drain out the water. Put it back in the pot on low heat, add ollive oil till its coated the pasta. Turn heat up a bit. Add at least 1 egg per serving of pasta and stir until the eggs have cooked. Quick easy way to make a good sauce for pasta.

Crack two eggs - mix in some chopped spring onion, one fresh chilli (you choose the heat) and a bit of milk, a good bit of black pepper and then scramble them. Serve on wholemeal toast - bloomin marvellous!!!

    Breakfast Burrito
    Ingredients
1 jumbo egg plus 3 egg whites, beaten or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters or other egg substitute
1 fresh green onion top, chopped
    2 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese
    2 Tbsp black beans
    3 Tbsp chunky garden-type salsa
    1 10" flour tortilla

    Preparation
Heat nonstick skillet and cook egg and onion. When eggs are almost cooked drop in pieces of cheese or cream cheese. Place tortilla over the eggs in the skillet to warm. Remove the warm tortilla, roll with scrambled egg mixture, and salsa.

    Tips:
Using Egg Beaters lowers the fat and cholesterol.
Use homemade pico de gallo in the place of garden-style salsa and use fresh cooked black beans to reduce the sodium.

    Hi JPtt11
Yes, my dear, eggs are a great source of protein, however, if you do not know how to prepare them, you will not eat them. Here is a simple recipe that will not only satisfy your needs but will make members of your family happy.
    Egg yolk sauce
It needs 30 minutes of preparations. Ingredients include 6 eggs yolks and salt. Remove the eggs from the white. Use a sieve to strain the egg, York. Whisk the York until it is smooth and add some amount of salt. Pour the yolk into a resealable bag. Boil some water up to 160F. Place the bag with the boiling water into the water and ensure that the water stays at that temperature for over 20 minutes. Remove the yolk bag from the hot water and place it into some ice water. Let it cool for 10 minutes and consume the egg. If you don’t find the taste appealing tell me about it and I will be glad to give you another popular recipe.

I love deviled eggs. After you boil them, and they are “hard boiled” meaning the texture is firm, you cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yokes into a bowl. Add a bit of mayonaise and a bit of mustard and a tiny bit of vinegar and a little salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Then you spoon the mixture back carefully into the egg white halves. Chill them well.
I like them when you can definitely taste the vinegar. You can adjust the ingredients to your liking.

Hard boiled. Prepare salad consisting of tomatoes, onions and some little pepper and salt. Mix the salad well and enjoy your eggs.
