    Default 24 Hours

I notice that like clockwork almost exactly 24 hours after my workout is when I will start to "feel it" in whichever group of muscles I worked out...

Does this mean anything good or bad? is it normal for 24 hours to go by before feeling the effects of your workout?

I train each muscle group once a week on a 3 day split. I used to be sloppy with the rotation but have recently tightened up and am sticking to the plan more which has caused me to notice the 24 hour thing...

It doesn't really bother me, I am more intrigued by the almost exact 24 hour time-frame though and wanted to see if its common.

As you adapt to the training the levels of soreness will decrease.
    Nothing to worry about.
Also make sure you are thoroughly warming up/cooling down the muscles of a workout aswell.
    Consistency is the key

Sometimes my muscles will do the same thing. They won't ache for a day then I can feel it. Thats why its important work legs in after chest or back or shoulders or take a day off.
