    Start slowly and build up gradually. Give yourself plenty of time to warm up and cool down with easy walking or gentle stretching.
    Break things up if you have to.
    Be creative.
    Listen to your body.
    Be flexible.

    Give it time. It can take a while for a new behavior to become a habit, so give yourself time to get into a regular routine

    It's a perfectly prescribed algorithm, I used to doubt everything. Keto doesn't really work for me, although I know people who have had great results. Now I work out 4 times a week and watch my diet, so I'm okay.
