    Default Critique please

    hey everyone
    im 18, weigh about 68kg's
    175cm tall
    and heres a pic i took today, and advice on areas i should train is much apriciated
    also i would like ot know if anyone could tell me my body type?

    BF: 12.5% (Found a much more accurate caculator)
    Bench press: 100kg/100kg
    Deadlift 170kg/180kg
    Squat: 140kg/160kg
    current goal: Try not to loose all my hard earned muscle at basic training

    My advice would be to keep eating, and hitting the weights hard for muscle size.
    Biceps/Shoulders look good.
    Consistency is the key

    yea thats basically what im doing.
    doing alot of ab work, trying to get me a 6 pack
    thanks for the advice
    BF: 12.5% (Found a much more accurate caculator)
    Bench press: 100kg/100kg
    Deadlift 170kg/180kg
    Squat: 140kg/160kg
    current goal: Try not to loose all my hard earned muscle at basic training

    Good stuff man - looking big.

    Just remember a six-pack comes with a combination of abs exercises as well as a fairly low body fat - something between 8-12% depending on your genetic build up.

    yea atm im doing cable crunches and incline sit ups with a 5kg medicine ball, i think my abs are pretty strong, so im tryign to find a exercise that is hard enouth so that i can only do 8 reps , the cable crunch is working good, but im still perfecting my form.

    my bodyfat % is estimated at 10% but genetically my fat seems to store around my abs so im gunna need to go lower, but i think ill worry about that after i put some more musscle on, im still not happy with my strengh/size.

    for the moment i think ill just train for strengh until i join the army, becaus i know for a fact ill loose weight there. i just need to make sure i dont loose too much of my cardio while im "bulking" so im gunna run in the afternoons and my off days, probally do 3km 3 times a week
