First of all I say that you have putted an interesting and helpful question specially for those who are beginners in bodybuilding. your body relies on vitamins from the foods and supplements that you consume to help create an environment conducive to huge gains. There are an infinite number of choices out there, a select few muscle-builders come up time and time again on every true bodybuilder's shopping list.
1. Egg Whites.
2. Chicken/Turkey.
3. Fish.
4. Beans/Legumes.
5. Lean Red Meat.
6. Slow-Burning Carbs Or Low Glycemic Carbs.
7. Water.
8. Whey Protein.

It's great to have a plan. My strategy is eating meat, some garlic is good, trying to cut down on bread, if anything drink alot of water with any sugar or salt, vegetables are great like cauliflower and broccoli romaine heart 3 packs go a long way. Fruit is important. Then vitamins, I get the multipacks from the convenience store and take out the b vitamins which is a common ingredient in energy drinks too much b6 can cause nerve damage so 2500% in a daily vitamin is ridiculous, luckily I have the sensation back in my fingers.

I have been training for a while and man, i was BIG. Flabby arms and my both of my feet cant come together. It was horrible. Nightmarish years of my life. And as expected, i was called many names, and eventhough it was creative, it still hurts. Yes, it still is. But, i took the initiative and push hard to change my life. Now i am just loving my body. It was all thanks to this info given by my gym trainer. Hope it will help you too!
