I was wondering, for example the chest workout, http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...t-workout.html, do the drop sets that can be seen in week 4 for dumbbell bench presses and cable crossovers (4 drops) apply for every set or just the last?
I know all the superset's will be expected to be done on every set, at least I think I know this, but wasn't sure about the drops, as the one in the chest section above is ridiculously hard, 4 sets of 3/4 drops in each set for dumbbell bench press. Don't want to overtrain on this as they are allready advanced workouts.
