Question Few questions on Intermediate 4 Day Split Workout

Few questions on Intermediate 4 Day Split Workout- http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...t-workout.html

What would be a good excerise to replace seated rows that does not need a machine?
Would it be fine to move the saturday workout to friday?
Out of interest why are deadlifts on back day as it primarly does legs?

    Thanks in Advance

    Hi

The routine has another 6 sets of rowing exercises, just add another set to each and exclude the seated rows. So 4 sets BB Rows and 4 sets one arm DB Row.

Yes you can move Sat to Fri.

Deadlifts are a back exercise, Stiff legged Deadlifts are a Hamstring exercise.. have a look at the vids.

If your description is correct and you have just started you would be better off with a Beginner Routine to get your CNS ready for that Split.
