    Default N.O. Xplode vs. Jack3d

    Hey Yall, it's time to order my pre-workout supplement again. I've tried both Jack3d and NO Xplode but I'm just learning about supplements. I think I like Jack3d a little better. Which do you guys like better? What's the difference? Any others you would recommend? Thanks!

    I've tried massive growth, and it really didnt do anything for me. I've also tried Vasocharge and that seemed to work pretty well for me. I have been debating between Jack3d and 1MR.

    The only thing is that there are 45 scoops and it calls for 3 scoops for 1 serving. I know you have to build a tolerance up to it, but yeah that would only last me not even a month.

    Yeah, I only take 1.5 scoops at a time and only on weight lifting days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) so it lasts me a while. I think I will get more Jack3d. Thanks for the advice boys.

    is jak3d only for workout days?
    1/1/10 180lbs benched 260 while on creatine 16%bf
    1/29/10 170lbs
    3/1/10 165lbs
    3/30/10 158lbs 10%bf
    175lbs injured. not working out/physical therapy

    finally 200lbs (9/13)

    All pre workout supps only need to be taken on workout days, regardless of what is says on the label.

    Jacked owns No-Xplode. But 1.M.R is better again

    Less that one scoop actually.

    I started at 1/2 a scoop (4g) and now take 5g (it was just easier to use a 5g scoop I had from another product)

    Other people I know that use it take a full scoop, but just start with 1/2 first and see how you go. I have never needed more than a 5g scoop

    Don't know much about trying to get bigger, I've been focusing on getting smaller. Damien, how does 1.M.R. effect your attitude/jittery-ness?

    Not sure, I would give her a small dose first.. (1/2 scoop) and see if she likes it!

    Hey Vincent, I take Jack3d currently. I haven't seen any weird side effects, but I also only take at the most 1.5 scoops, instead of the recommended 3 scoops. I think it works well.

    I second this. From all my research I can conclude that there are huge/polar levels of attitude/energy during/after workouts.

    That's the difference (for me anyway) between products like No-Xplode, Superpump etc and jacked/1MR/Massive growth. I don't crash on these at all. I crashed heavily every time I use No-Xplode, so i didn't even get through the tub

    @JeezyDaSnowman - pre workout supps don't make you big. Heavy consistent training and the right diet/recovery plan does. You'll get bigger using the right post workout nutrition rather than pre workout. I use pre workout supps for energy, focus and intensity. I don't think you need pre workouts for "pumps" either, I can get big pumps without them.

    I never used to use pre workouts because of the crashing effect, but these new "concentrated dose" products just don't give me that effect at all, and the energy is much, much better. It's especially useful because right now I am doing weights followed by cardio, and getting that cardio done after a heavy lifting session is tough without 1MR

    If you can find it, Muscle Marinade by Purus Labs is the best preworkout i have EVER used. ANd ive tried nearly all of them.
