How long they are, I want to build 14 1/2 inch forearms, i actually remeasured them relaxed straight out from my side and they are 10 1/2 inches.
The longer they are the better chances i have of building a 14 1/2-15 inch forearms.
I only weigh 138, which is good because i have more weight to gain to see if i can add 3 inches to my forearms.
So the longer the muscle bellies are, the better my forearm genetic potential.

You know the thing that I have observed with forearms is that they are usually (in most cases) big or small right from the beginning, no matter whether you do weight training or not.

Plus forearm is built for endurance - much like calves.
