Question Chest one side is bigger ? should you trainone side more ?

My chest left side is bigger than my right side, the bone sticks out slightly more some people notice and some say they dont realise. i was wondering if this is a problem becouse i dont know mnay people with the same issue.

has anyones else got the same problem ?

what can you do about it, (when weight traning) ?

    Genetics...

If its bone you can't alter that unless you can cover it efefctiveley with muscle (if this will be possible I don't know)?

Other than that, in time both sides should become equal if you preform the same intensity and consistantly good form for both sides of the chest, this also applies for any other muscle group.

Doug9x has given you some great advice.

You mention that some people say they don't notice, this makes me wonder whether you are the one that has noticed this and then ask others if they have noticed it; has anyone ever mentioned it to you without you having brought the subject up first? After all, if they hadn't noticed it, why would they even mention that they hadn't noticed it?

People have this extraordinary ability to notice something when it has been pointed out to them...so, if you have mentioned it first chances are they are also being polite in agreeing by saying that they see what you see and therefore reinforcing your view. There is a term for this social phenomena, but I can't remember what it is
