Really don't see what you're asking here, but if its can you do that routine twice a week? I'd say no, Its a shock routine and has quite a high volume for once a week never mind two. Remember biceps and triceps are fairly small muscles so don't need a lot of work.
Just wondering, why did you want to do it twice a week?

Jazzy - you appear to be all over the place with your training (or what you want to do). Why not create a split or choose one routine from this site that targets all muscle groups within a week's time or so?

Why the big arm routine twice a week? That with added chest/back/shoulders means working your bis and tris 3 times in one week, sometimes without even a day's rest (Bench, then shoulders = shoulders and tris on back to back days, no rest). I can't think that this is a good idea.

nononono guys im just planning ahead. Im on like week 5 of doing the big arm routine. Im on a 5day split. Its just gonna be hard to incorporate it twice a week in my 5 day split.

its just for 2 weeks....its part of the BIG ARM ROUTINE. week 1-8 do it once a week and week 8-10 do it twice a week.

how can i have a 5 day split with 2 arm days????? this is just for 2 weeks. (part of the big arm routine)

IM ALREADY ON A 5 DAY SPLIT. just have to change it for 2 weeks.

To simply answer your question I think the way you have it is the best possible solution to fit for your routine.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the initial split itself, but if it's working for you who am I to judge.
