What's your BMR? From the looks of it, you may need to up your fat consumption a little bit, but you may have that covered with the supps you're taking? Also, you should up your carb intake as well. In your meal at 5:30, you could add a sweet potato or some brown rice. You can also add some simple carbs to your PWO shake, as that is a good place for them.

Besides that, it looks pretty balanced to me--might want to watch out for the blueberries though. Fruits are high in sugars and carbs (not bad for you, but may make cutting a little more challenging). Totally up to you though, I'd say up the carbs and see how the cut goes for a few weeks and then make some decisions.

Sorry this is a late response, hopefully you're still cutting haha.
    Make everyday count.

Also forgot my password and never ended up resetting it till a few days ago but been trolling this forums everyday tho.
Yea im still cutting , I've changed things up abit in what and when I eat
My BMR is around 2800 cals, I am and have been following Doug's 6 Day Cutting routine since the start of June but I did for 3 weeks (2nd week of July til start of August) switch too the Intermediate Muscle Building Workout just to mix things up .
As for Supplements I use ONs Opti-Men multi vitamins, Now Foods Omega 3,6,9 aslo their Flaxseed oil. Pre workout I use Quake 10 and Intra Xtend, ZMA before bed. Whey Iso, Casein and Gemma pea protein, and CEE as my creatine

And this what my Diet looks like most days around 2300cals sometimes alittle more or less depends on the day really

    8am
    100g Oat Bran
    100g Blueberries
    1 scoop Casein

    9am
    pre workout supps

    11am
    post workout
    1.5 scoops isoFlex
    1.5 scoops waxy mazie starch

    12pm
1 can low soduim tuna in water
150g french style green beans (frozen not from a can)
    1 cup brown rice
    8 tbsp Salsa

    3pm
    1 scoop Gemma pea protein
    20g Natural peanut butter
    50g blueberries

    6pm
    100g Oat Bran
    1 scoop Gemma Pea Protein
    50g blueberries

    830pm
    1 grilled chicken breast
    4 cups of spinach
    200g green beans
    8tbsp of salsa

    11pm bed
    1 scoop Casein

    Total calories 2250
    Fat 38g 15%
    Carbs 300g 44%
    Protein 250g 41%

My protein intake is alittle high I know but unsure how to lower it as I try to get atleast 25grams per meal.

Thanks for taking time to read this and let me know where I can improve. please
