    Default Will my 6 days a week for 12 week workout pay off????

    I am 6 weeks into my 6 days a week workout, I am wondering if i could get any advice on how to improve it for my next 6 weeks. I started at 79.3 KG, 15% BF...now i am 82 KG, ?% BF. (I'll know My new BF% this evening).
    All body parts are trainned in 8 reps of 3-4 sets, with 3 to 4 different excerises for each body part.

    MONDAYS-Chest, Back, Lats......ABS
    TUESDAY- Shoudlders, Triceps, Biceps.....ABS
    WEDnesday- Chest, Back, Lats.......ABS
    Thursday- Shouldes, Triceps, BIceps.....ABS
    Friday- Chest, Back, Lats......ABS
    SATURDAY- Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps...ABS

    Im just after fiinihing my second 2.5 Kg bag of protein. 1st bag wad Maximuscle Progain, 2nd bag was Syntrax Matrix 5.0 (scoop in Morning, scoop After weights, scoop Before Bed)
    Yesterday i have begun taking SERIOUS MASS weight gainer.
    I am also takinG Creatine for the past 6 weeks.

    Really apprectiate feed back lads...

    I would cut back on the frequency and add in leg workouts.

    At first I thought this looked like my fullbody (3-day) but split into 6 days; then I realised that 2 days of this is almost all the 3 days, so in essence you'd be doing my workout 3 times over...and without legs.

    I'd imagine targeting the shoulders 3 times a week with 3-4 sets, so that'd be 12-16 sets for shoulders, may be asking for shoulder troubles because there is little rest for the shoulders with so much volume...and the fact that you're hitting them the day before (and the day after) with as many sets for chest.

    Doesn't look too good, in terms of volume, lacking leg workout, and possible injuries due to lack of recovery time.

    i choose to leave out legs for this 11 weeks program because i had traiined them pretty hard up until i had begun this new program ..I prob should sub it in somewhere though. Got my re- assessment yesterday after 5 weeks of this program.. went from 15.35% BF to 12.9% BF and 79.2KG to 82.8KG.. so results are showing. Delighted because my plan was to gain 3 KG of muscle in 11 weeks and i have reached that in 5 weeks. What wud be a good leg routine to sub in twice a week.

    No it wont, unless you are "suplementing", and even then... You do need to cut your volume down a bit, you're hitting stuff to frequently, especially the abs. I never understand why people think their abs are some sort of Uber Muscle that can be killed daily, and never have a chance to heal up...

    But yeah, I think you will see huge gains from adding some sort of leg ruitine, not only for body balance (and this is key to a good respectable physique), but because of the big heavy weights you use when doing a leg day, and the HGH production your body responds with, spurs growth over the body whole.

    Also, can you specify weather or not you are going heavy on all days? Might help with a better assessment.

    That being said, if it works for you, then great, no one can say you aint working for it.

    goin a few kilo lighter than my max that i could lift at 8 reps by 3-4 sets. I decided to do this so that i wud reduce the risk of injuring myself especially on my shoulders when benching and doing shoulder press excerises. Thinking of reducing some of my weight sessions so that i can add in some cradio.

    Doing the routine you posted is asking for an injury. Just like everyone else said before me, it is highly suggested to change your routine and add legs. You asked for our opinions and we gave them. Now its up to you to listen to them.

    Dude, I would just find a work out routine on this website in the work out section that is geared towards your goals and do that one, that's probably the smartest thing to do. Your workout that you posted looks like over kill and you don't have legs either so just find one off this site.

    Remember you dont get bigger in the gym, only with diet will you actually see results. You will actually LOOSE muscle if you overtrain!

    What happens to a muscle if you work it everyday depends on how hard you work it. If you really get in there and do some microtrauma every day it will tear down and down without building back up. If you work it moderately, without tearing it down, then it will just get more and more conditioned, and tough and resilient as shoe leather, and very resistant to growth. Endurance will be great, but I dont think it would grow much. It would just get more and more dense.
