Thanks, I will starting using a weight plate on my chest when doing the bench crunches now.
Regarding the seated leg tucks, I can feel the burn so to speak in my abs, but frankly, what I can feel just as much and sometimes more is a burn and pain in the back of my thighs. This seems natural since the exercise calls for lifting your back/shoulders slightly off the bench, but I just want to make sure I'm not doing it wrong or with poor form. I've watched the video a few times and I seem to be following the movements correctly...
