After my last workout I have been experiencing discomfort in my upper back underneath and to the side of my right shoulderblade. The pain has become worse in the past few days and it appeared gradually. I feel constant tension in the area and when I am in a certain position (which is actually hard to pinpoint) I experience acute pain.

I think I injured it doing dips and/or push-ups with bad form and without sufficient warm-up. I am sure it will go away in a few days but just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar? It may just be a minor inflammation and I am being a hypochondriac but I just want to be sure. I will rest it and do RICE, see how it ends up. I have physiotherapy on Tuesday for my legs anyway so I could ask there as well.
