Default Weight lifting and muscle Fibers

ok i have a question here
when you are weight lifting what muscle fibers to you actually use ??
Slow or fast twitch?Does it depends on the speed and tempo and weight your using?Because if your using really heavy weight the exercise will necessarilly be performed slowly so you actually use your your slow twitch fibers???Right?
which of the 2 types of muscle fibers enhance Hyperotrophy?
    Im little bit confused here!
what about strength training ??? and what about if your doing anaerobic training and u use heavy loads ??like the example above??
another one when in bodybuilding we use the 6-12 reps and 2-1-2 rep timing its slow to medium what muscle fibers to we actually use??

    thanks@!
