    Thumbs up M&S Store Customer Service Excels!

    I had placed an order for a daily deal at the beginning of this month and it was shipped USPS. After 2 weeks I emailed customer support seeing what the hold up was. They shipped me a replacement order FedEx with tracking free of charge. That kind of service is much appreciated and I've already made like 3 or 4 orders since. For future reference never get anything shipped USPS even if it's a tad cheaper than the FedEx shipping. There's no tracking information and you are at the mercy of federal employees to not steal your stuff.

    Thanks again M & S. You're excellence in dealing with problems got a loyal customer out of me.

    I have to agree! I'm still a fairly new customer. I placed an order this morning at 8:53 and I received an e-mail at 9:15 saying my order has been shipped. I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that is not only so customer focused, but really expedites their orders.

    Yeah, their order fulfillment people must be drinking coffee by the pot or SOMETHING, because I placed my order at 2:58pm today and got the shipment confirmation at 3:13pm. That's GOT to be a world record *somewhere*.

    Default M&S Store Customer Service Excels!

    Just a note on USPS. I work in the Australian postal service, and USPS is known as one of the beat postal services in the world, along with the Royal Mail (UK), Dutch and Hong Kong service. Reason being, you can track all their items through Australia post. Quite handy for me.
    Progression every session.

    Update to the story was that the package was delivered to the front office of my apartment complex with no notification to me at all. I happened to be picking up another M&S package that was shipped FedEx and the guy brought me two packages. I emailed customer support to let them know and offered to pay the charge for the second order since I did end up receiving it albeit nearly a month later. They were cool about it and only charge me the deal of the day price w/o shipping. The problem with the USPS wasn't it arriving, it was having no way of knowing where it was. Surely they will let M&S use the delivery confirmation feature?
